Objective
Many schools have found that there are problems or limitations with their tracking systems and it is because of this that MGL have produced a simple, robust and informative tracker for KS1 and KS2 – a single system that has all the information in one place and which does everything you want!
Brief description
The software works with MSExcel. There is a single “Input” sheet for class teachers to enter Termly Assessments for their class. Information (converted to APS) is automatically transferred to the read-only “Analysis” sheet where all possible analyses are produced automatically. The design of the system encourages analysis at class teacher level as well as SMT level.
Impact
The software enables you to analyse progress of any group (eg FSM, Gender etc.) against FFT Estimates, and internally set targets. It also provides percentages on-track for all the End of Key Stage measures and provides instantly the information required by the SIP!
